As a certified Qigong teacher who’s been practicing and teaching consistently for more than 18 years, it is one of my greatest joys to offer classes to you! Qigong has literally changed my life. I have more energy, clarity, balance, and internal strength than ever. I am also more centered and calm, even during challenging times. But you don’t have to wait 18 years to receive these benefits. You can feel them immediately!
And unlike yoga, qigong does not require special clothing or a mat. Most of the exercises are done standing, and if you prefer to be seated, you still receive all the same benefits.
