The hinges of an active door never rust! It's true isn't it? Our bodies are meant to move and flow! We just weren't designed to live a sedentary life. Whether it's yoga, Pilates, dancing, running or walking, your Body, Mind and Spirit will be happy, healthy, and well if you find an activity that helps you move on a regular basis. Be sure it's something you enjoy, and doesn't feel like a chore.
For me, it's Qigong. Qi means energy or life force and gong means to practice. When we practice Qigong ~ sometimes called moving meditation ~ we tap into the universal life force energy that flows through everything and is everything.
I have been practicing and teaching Qigong for 10 years. I have been blessed with 3 amazing teachers: Daisy Lee who personally certified me to teach Radiant Lotus Qigong, Deborah Davis who personally certified me to teach Snake Qigong, and Lee Holden where I was certified to Level 3 Qigong.
